Leading experts and decision-makers in transport and logistics gathered at Hannover Messe for IAA Transportation 2024, held from 17-22 September 2024. This biennial event showcases the latest innovations and trends in commercial vehicles. The 2024 spotlight was on battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and digital services.
During the event, the TRATON GROUP demonstrated how its brands are evolving beyond vehicle manufacturing. TRATON GROUP highlights from IAA Transportation 2024:
- Scania exhibited its versatile fleet – from electrified to biofuel-powered vehicles – including the German Green Truck Award-winning Scania Super 460 R;
- MAN presented its entire truck drive portfolio (from twelve to 50 tons), including the world premiere of its 12-tonne eTGL and new MAN hTGX hydrogen burner;
- The TRATON GROUP showcased their digital, financial and charging service offerings, including the launch of the new integrated digital platform, MAN Charge & Go;
- Joint venture Milence outlined the next steps for its ambitious Europe-wide charging network.
