Our attractive remuneration system is based on the Collective agreement of the Bavarian Metal and Electronic industry (TRATON SE, Germany) and Teknikavtalet IF Metall (TRATON AB, Sweden). We also offer attractive compensation and company bonus, a company pension scheme, flex-work mode, and a structured personal development system. All employees get their yearly individual training budget.
