TRATON is about intercultural working and thinking, attractive performance rewards, flexible working time models, healthcare, and putting our company values into practice: respect, team spirit, determination, customer focus, and integrity.
At TRATON, we are always looking for fresh-thinking, high-achieving people to join our diverse teams. It is about developing our corporate culture and capturing the diversity of skills, know-how, and perspectives of our employees. We deeply respect all colleagues regardless of sex, race, nationality, ethnic background, religion or philosophy of life, disability, age, and sexual preference.
We are multilingual. Our company language is English, but you could just as easily hear people speaking Portuguese in the corridors or German at Fika (Swedish traditional coffee and cake break).
Working at TRATON is more than just a job and more than earning money. Besides a really attractive remuneration system, which is based on the Volkswagen collective agreement, and a company pension scheme with some company-financed components, TRATON offers a range of benefits. For example: employee discounts when buying or leasing a group vehicle or using public transportation and accident insurance.
Everyone has to face different challenges on a daily basis, both professionally and privately. TRATON has different part-time models and mobile office possibilities. Picking up the kids from the kindergarten, going to the gym or having a creative break – all of this is possible during the flexible working time of between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., where all employees can balance their regular working hours.
TRATON offers all employees a Volkswagen Checkup: a high-quality, comprehensive health and fitness examination, which is free of charge for all employees. Furthermore, we have ergonomics advice as well as the possibility to join different health programs and health checks before business trips abroad.
At TRATON, each employee has at least one yearly employee dialogue with his or her superior to review and get feedback on performance and achievements of the last year as well as to plan individual development and training measures or different development programs.
