As a student at TRATON

Would you like to gain valuable practical experience during your studies? TRATON offers enrolled students three great opportunities at the Munich branch: Internships, working student jobs and the opportunity to write your thesis with us.

Each of these options offers valuable insights into the world of work and helps you to develop personally:

Internship

Take your first steps in the world of work at TRATON and gain a broad insight between day-to-day operations and project work and acquire real know-how from practical experience!

Students can complete mandatory and/or voluntary internships at TRATON. The internship lasts at least 3 – 6 months. Interns at TRATON receive €2,116.00 per month based on a 35-hour week.

Working student job

Do you want to put your theoretical knowledge into practice and finance your studies on the side? Then working as a student trainee at TRATON offers you the ideal conditions.

Working students are employed at TRATON for a period of 6 – 24 months. The weekly working hours are usually between 15 – 20 hours.

Working students at TRATON receive a salary of €16.95 per hour.

Thesis

Do you want to complete your degree with a practice-oriented thesis in an international company and make your studies worthwhile?

We offer students the opportunity to write their thesis at TRATON. Of course, you can also do this following an internship or working student position.

FAQ

  • At TRATON, you are welcome to apply for both a compulsory and voluntary internship. This means that you can join us as part of your university degree or take a break from your studies to gain practical working experience.
  • Your internship at TRATON will last from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 6 months and can be extended.
  • In order to be eligible for an internship at TRATON, you must be currently enrolled in a university. Your good academic record, your motivation, and your personality will play a significant role in the selection process.
  • You have the opportunity to write your final dissertation at TRATON. In order to be eligible for writing your thesis at TRATON, you must be currently enrolled in a university and be at least in the final year of your bachelor’s degree.
