What it takes

  1. Apply for a job

Search for a position that matches your skills and your qualifications and apply through our online recruitment tool.

  2. Pre-selection

Our HR consultant will review your application documents carefully. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible and will let you know if your profile seems to be a good fit.

  3. Phone interview

If your profile meets our requirements, you will be invited to a phone interview with our HR department so that we can get a better idea of your experience.

  4. Face-to-face interview

If your phone interview is successful, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview with the Head of the Business Unit and our HR consultant. Here you will have the chance to get to know us and show your full potential.

After the face-to-face interview we will discuss what we think—as will you—and will give you feedback as soon as possible.

  5. Contract offer

We will, of course, discuss your contract and related conditions in depth and will clarify any unanswered questions.

  6. Onboarding

During your onboarding on your first day at work, you will get a good and comprehensive information packet in order to become a full member of the TRATON team as soon as possible.

Your business unit will welcome you within your department and take care of introductions.

It is in all parties’ interest to keep the recruiting process as fast as possible. We involve our business units closely in the process to evaluate your application comprehensively.

Nevertheless you might have to wait some time to find out what the final outcome of your application is. Your interest in our company matters to us!
