We strive to become a Global Champion—and so should our employees.

If your profile shows professional experience in your specialist area, if you are willing to get things moving and to contribute to common brand goals, if you aspire to be successful and if you feel comfortable in an international and multicultural working environment—then you should get in touch with us.

What you can expect is for us to challenge your potential and to let you take part in and take on substantial responsibilities of our business.

If you already have managerial experience and want to start as a manager with us, you will get the chance to take part in international projects in a very flat hierarchy and in close cooperation with our Board members. Before you can join our company, you can expect a challenging selection process, which will discover and identify your competences and potential.

What it takes

  1. Apply for a job

Search for a position that matches your skills and your qualifications and apply through our online recruitment tool.

  2. Pre-selection

Our HR consultant will review your application documents carefully. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible and will let you know if your profile seems to be a good fit.

  3. Phone interview

If your profile meets our requirements, you will be invited to a phone interview with our HR department so that we can get a better idea of your experience.

  4. Face-to-face interview

If your phone interview is successful, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview with the Head of the Business Unit and our HR consultant. Here you will have the chance to get to know us and show your full potential. For a deeper discussion and to get to know each other better, this can be followed by meeting other process partners and peers.

After the face-to-face interview we will discuss what we think—as will you—and will get back to you as soon as possible.

When you apply for a management position with us, we will additionally evaluate your competencies and abilities, as well as whether you are a good fit for our corporate culture, as part of a challenging selection procedure with multiple assessors.

  5. Contract offer

We will, of course, discuss your contract and related conditions in depth and clarify any unanswered questions.

  6. Onboarding

During your onboarding on your first day at work, you will get a good and comprehensive information packet in order to become a full member of the TRATON team as soon as possible.

Your business unit will welcome you within your department and take care of introductions.

It is in all parties’ interest to keep the recruiting process as fast as possible. We involve our business units closely in the process to evaluate your application comprehensively.

Nevertheless you may have to wait some time to find out what the final outcome of your application is. Your interest in our company matters to us!
