We aim to keep our recruitment process as efficient as possible, and as exhaustive as needed. Sometimes, this can take time. We value your interest in our company and we strive to give you an answer as soon as possible.
If your profile meets our requirements, you will firstly be invited to a shorter phone interview with our HR department. If we make a good match, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview with the Head of the Business Unit and our HR consultant. When you apply for a management position with us, we may require additional selection rounds, where we carefully evaluate your competencies and cultural fit even further.
In the interview, we consider a few things. We want to see that your values match ours. We want you to have clear expectations about your future work and career. We want to see that you are open-minded and adaptable to change. Lastly, we want to make sure that you speak English at a high level, or even fluently.
You will receive an onboarding on your first day. Your business unit will welcome you into the team and get you up to speed. You will also be given a comprehensive information packet to read when it suits you.
