Christian Levin was born in 1967. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business & Administration and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In 1994, Christian Levin started his career as a management trainee with Scania CV AB. He held a number of management positions at Scania, including Director of Product Marketing as well as Managing Director of Italscania. In 2010, Christian Levin was named Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Operations of Scania CV AB. From 2016 to 2019, Christian Levin was Executive Vice President and Head of Sales & Marketing at Scania CV AB. He has been a member of the Executive Board of TRATON SE since 2019. Until April 2021, he was responsible for Research & Development as well as for Procurement (Chief Operating Officer). He is Chief Executive Officer of Scania CV AB since May 2021 and Chief Executive Officer of TRATON SE since October 2021.

Annette Danielski was born in 1965 in Witzenhausen, Germany. After graduating in business administration, she gained more than 30 years of international experience in finance and controlling. From 1988 to 2017, Danielski worked at Daimler AG, most recently in various management positions. At Audi AG, she took over as Head of Group Controlling from 2017 to 2018 before then moving to TRATON SE in October 2018. There she was in charge of Group Finance until September 2021 and is also a member of the Supervisory Board of MAN Truck & Bus SE and Volkswagen Original Teile Logistik Beteiligungs-GmbH. Since October 2021 she is Member of the Executive Board of TRATON SE responsible for Finance and Business Development.

Bernd Osterloh was born in 1956 in Braunschweig (Germany). He trained as an industrial clerk from 1973 to 1975. Between 1977 and 2021, he worked for Volkswagen AG in Wolfsburg. From 2005 to 2021, he was the Chairman of the General and Group Works Council of Volkswagen AG. He was also a member of the Presiding Committee of the Supervisory Board of Volkswagen AG between 2005 and 2021 and a member of its Audit Committee from 2017 to 2021. In addition, Bernd Osterloh was a member of the Supervisory Board of TRATON SE in the period from 2018 until 2021. He was appointed to the Executive Board of TRATON SE effective May 1, 2021, where he is responsible for human resources. Effective October 1, 2021, he also took over as Chief Human Resources Officer and Arbeitsdirektor (Executive Board member responsible for employee relations) at MAN Truck & Bus SE on an interim basis.
Dr. Ing. h.c. Andreas Tostmann

Dr.h.c. Tostmann was born in Peine (Germany) in 1962, Dr.h.c. Tostmann holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a degree in Economics from the University of Brunswick.
In 1990 he joined the Volkswagen Group in the Group product planning area. From 1994 Dr.h.c. Tostmann was then responsible for product planning powertrain at Volkswagen de México. He assumed responsibility for technical project planning and project management powertrain for the Volkswagen Group in 1995, before becoming manager of Volkswagen’s Salzgitter (Germany) plant in 2001. Three years later, Dr.h.c. Tostmann became Managing Director of Volkswagen South Africa.
He was appointed Chairman of the Board of Volkswagen Slovakia in 2007. In this function, Dr.h.c. Tostmann also assumed responsibility for production until November 2011. Following this, he became SEAT Executive Vice President for Production. From February 2018 until July 2020, Dr.h.c. Tostmann was appointed Member of the Board of Management of the Volkswagen Brand responsible for Production and Logistics.
Since July 16, 2020, Dr.h.c. Tostmann has been a Member of the Executive Board of TRATON SE as well as Chief Executive Officer of MAN SE and MAN Truck & Bus SE.
Antonio Roberto Cortes
Member of the Executive Board of TRATON SE, Chief Executive Officer Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus
Antonio Roberto Cortes was born in São Paulo (Brazil) in 1955.
Cortes studied business and finance, and began his career in the auto industry in 1979. He cofounded Autolatina, a joint venture between Ford and Volkswagen in Brazil and Argentina. Cortes headed up the Business Strategy unit at Ford in Detroit (USA) from 1989 to 1990. After the dissolution of Autolatina in 1994, he took over the position of Corporate Controller for South America at Volkswagen. In 1998, he led the transition of Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus to an independent business unit and took charge of the South American business in 2000. Two years later, Cortes was named Executive Vice President of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
Antonio Roberto Cortes has been CEO of MAN Latin America Ltda. since 2009. He is also a member of the Executive Board at TRATON SE.

Mathias Carlbaum was born in 1972. He holds a Master of Business Administration, and joined Scania as a management trainee in 1997. Carlbaum has extensive experience in international sales and marketing. Since 2001, he has held a number of management positions in Scania’s market organisation including Managing Director of Scania Ibéria and Managing Director of Scania do Brasil. In 2016, Mathias Carlbaum was named Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Operation of Scania CV AB. Since April 2021, he was leading the post-merger management of Navistar on behalf of TRATON GROUP. He became Chief Executive Officer of Navistar International Corporation in September 2021, and became a member of the Executive Board of TRATON SE in October 2021.
