Börje Wigfeldt, currently Head of Treasury at Scania Group, will from January 1st, 2022 be employed by TRATON AB in Sweden and take up the position of Head of TRATON GROUP Treasury.
Within the TRATON SE organization in Munich, the following changes have been agreed:
Wolfgang Herberger has taken over responsibility as Head of Treasury Munich as of December 1st, 2021.
Within Treasury, Philipp Lotz has become Head of Corporate Finance & Financial Markets. At the same time, the responsibility of Lotz’s team has been expanded to include the topics of debt capital markets and rating.
For an interim period, Marvin Kalberlah has taken over the function of Head of Investor Relations.
