The TRATON Financial Services Global Trainee Program is designed to offer young professionals a unique and comprehensive learning experience within one of the world's leading commercial vehicle manufacturers. The program provides the opportunity to gain broad knowledge in financial services across multiple countries and brands within the TRATON Group, including Scania, MAN, International, and Volkswagen Truck & Bus. By participating, you will develop the skills needed to thrive in an international and dynamic business environment.
As a participant in the Global Trainee Program, you will embark on a 15-month journey that includes practical work experience, professional development, and international exposure. You will have the opportunity to engage with various functions within TRATON Financial Services, gaining hands-on experience in key areas such as finance, credit risk management, and insurance solutions.
Choose between the Finance track and the Credit Risk Management track, allowing you to focus on your areas of interest and expertise. Work across different departments and functions: Rotate through various business areas within TRATON Financial Services and potentially with other TRATON GROUP brands to understand the full scope of our operations.
At least one rotation will take you abroad to experience different business environments and cultures within our global network. Build a global network: Collaborate with other trainees from around the world, develop cross-cultural understanding, and build lasting professional relationships within the TRATON GROUP.

The Global Trainee Program is divided into different phases, each focusing on providing you with the tools and experiences necessary to shape your future career:
Your journey will start with an introduction to TRATON Financial Services, its brands, and the industry. You will get familiar with our organizational structure, processes, and tools, setting the stage for the rest of the program.
Over the 15 months, you will participate in several job rotations across different departments, for example, Finance and Credit Risk Management. You will collaborate with different teams to understand the operations from various angles, and potentially contribute to key projects that drive business success. Each rotation is an opportunity for learning and gaining insights into the workings of TRATON Financial Services.

Interested candidates can apply online by submitting their CV and academic transcripts during application period which opens November-January. We evaluate applications based on academic performance, previous experiences, and alignment with the program’s goals. Selected candidates will undergo a series of assessments, including psychometric tests, interviews, and a final assessment day.
