About the program
By joining the Global Trainee Program, you will experience a 15-month learning journey like no other.
The Program offers deep and broad knowledge about TRATON Financial services, its brands, and the industry. You’ll also join a global network of trainees across the TRATON GROUP, helping you build strong connections, understand cultural differences, and prepare for a future career with us.
Over 15 months, our trainees complete several job rotations within TRATON Financial Services and the TRATON GROUP, including at least one rotation abroad. Rotations are determined by you and your mentor, based on your interests and skills.
You are assigned a mentor from your home department and supported by the Program Manager throughout the program. We’ll help you build a large network, grow as an individual, and develop cross cultural understanding.

Minimum requirements to apply:
- Master's degree in economics, Business, Industrial Economics, or IT engineering.
- Maximum of 2 years of professional experience within your field at the start of the program.
- International experience (e.g. studies, internships, work or residence abroad.
- Fluent in English; Other languages are a plus.
- EU/EES citizenship or permanent residence permit in Sweden (required for international assignment).

Strong business acumen, analytical abilities, and a passion for transforming transportation are essential, along with a commitment to sustainability. International experience and readiness to travel and live abroad is highly valued.
Recruitment process
The first step is a web-based psychometric test for unbiased screening. Candidates who meet minimum requirements will take the test.
Selection is based on the test results, followed by a review of your CV, education, and experience. If selected for an interview, final candidates will attend an in-person assessment day at our HQ. A background check and security vetting will be conducted.
