Compliance & Risk Management

At TRATON, Compliance means that our employees act in accordance with ethical standards, the law, and internal guidelines—at all times, and everywhere. The binding guideline for acting with integrity is the Code of Conduct.

In addition, the management of risks and opportunities is an inseparable component of overall corporate management and of business processes—and it’s precisely here that we create transparency early on. Because only by doing so can we ensure effective risk-reduction measures on both the management level and the process level.

“Complying with applicable laws and ethical standards is a given for us. Responsibility and integrity are the guiding principles of our actions—and this worldwide.”

Andreas Renschler
