The GRC organization

The Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) organization is managed by the Head of GRC/Chief Compliance Officer of TRATON, who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer of TRATON and additionally to the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board.

The GRC organization is responsible for Compliance, Integrity, Risk Management and Data Protection throughout the Group.

The central GRC team of TRATON SE develops overarching concepts and a uniform framework for GRC throughout TRATON. The GRC functions of TRATON GROUP’s brands implement the GRC framework and programs within the respective brand.
