Our TRATON Global Trainee Program
Our TRATON Global Trainee Program gives you the opportunity to gain intensive experience in an international environment for 15 months. You will gain a comprehensive insight into our various specialist areas and will also get to know at least one international location and one of our brands. Our Global Trainee Program offers you optimal starting conditions and you can shape your own personal path within the TRATON Group.

The program last for 15 months.

We expect our trainees to be cooperative and team-focused, to have excellent communication skills and a results-oriented working style. You should have a strong academic background, be fluent in English and have an international mindset. If you’ve spent time abroad, that’s a plus!
